Early in his career Mr. Mikkelsen wrote and produced numerous television commercials, programs, and videos. Past clients and employers include the California Department of Education, the rock band Trooper, the CBC Network, the CTV Network, cable TV channel Producer Allan Nadohl for Showtime, and Marsha Posner, a Producer on the ABC Network's Benson and Golden Girls.
With a career focus change to business he held positions of General Sales Manager and Business Manager of new-vehicle franchised dealerships of 40 and more employees before owning and operating a marketing firm specializing in insurance products, services, and software.
In 1998 Neil started an internet website design company, which, along with other concepts, he sold to a Vancouver Stock Exchange publicly traded company.
He was President and CEO of a Mexican import and distribution company for four years that went public in the U.S. in fall of 2006.
Mr. Mikkelsen graduated from Business Management and Communications at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, and has conducted management and sales training from self-authored manuals.
Humberto Gonzalez

Mr. González has over 15 years of experience in international business, including a successful alcoholic beverage import and distribution business, advertising, promotion, new product launches, government, and restaurant development. Humberto studied law at the National Autonomous University in Mexico City and was co-founder of the law firm “González, Figueroa y Cerda, SC”.
He began his career at “Advertising and Promotion, SA” a marketing agency where he managed the Procter and Gamble Accounts in Mexico Northeast. In 1993, while working with the Schwarz Marketing Agency, he conducted an extensive market research study for the Bacardi Company for the worldwide successful launch of Bacardi Limon.
In 1995 Mr. González entered the government sector as Private Secretary for the General Director of the Federal Labour Court and became one of Mr. Pedro Ojeda Paullada’s closest collaborators. Mr. Ojeda had a very distinguished career in Mexican government as former Secretary of the Presidency, Attorney General, Secretary of Labour, Secretary of Fisheries, President of the National Revolutionary Party-PRI, Congressman, and President of the National Food Commission.
Mr. Gonzalez, also a successful restaurateur, formed TVK Latin America to import and distribute VK Vodka Kick in Mexico. VK Vodka Kick is one of Europe’s most successful alcoholic beverages. With one year, the company successfully listed VK Vodka Kick in major convenience stores chains, including OXXO (of the FEMSA and Sol beer group), EXTRA (of the Grupo Modelo and Corona beer family), 7-ELEVEN, and CIRCLE-K.

Mr. Garcia joins the Company with over 10 years of accounting experience. His most recent position was as Administrative Director with TVK Latin America, a successful Mexico City based importer and distributor of alcoholic beverages where he focused on international commerce regulations and corporate accounting.
Prior to his position with TVK Latin America, he maintained a private accounting and business consulting practice in Mexico City. He is a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of the Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico UNITEC.
Jon Duncanson
V.P. Public Relations
Mr. Duncanson joins the Company with over 20 years of journalism and media experience. After graduating with a journalism degree from the University of Minnesota, he began his career as a photographer with UPI and Time Magazine in 1983. He went on to become a well respected reporter and news anchor at several leading TV stations across the country including WDIO-TV in Duluth, Minn. (1984-85), WFTV-TV in Orlando, Fla. (ABC 1985-88), KCRA-TV in Sacramento, Calif. (NBC 1988-92), WBBM-TV in Chicago, Ill. (CBS 1992-95), and WFLD-TV Chicago, Ill. (FOX 1995-98).
Jon is most proud of his work in the field, winning an Emmy Award for his coverage of the Tsunami in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. He also received 3 Emmy Awards for his covering of the wars in Bosnia and the former Yugoslavia. In 1994, his efforts were documented in the French film "The Troubles We've Seen - A History of Journalism in Wartime", by academy award winning director Marcel Ophuls. The film received the International Critics' Award at the Montreal World Film Festival.
Prior to his career in journalism, Jon was hired by the environmental organization Greenpeace International. As media director he was featured in Rolling Stone Magazine for his success in pushing the global organization toward adopting a more clearly focused corporate outlook in meeting their high profile environmental campaign objectives.
Jon’s unique experiences as a news media insider, his established network of U.S. and international contacts, and his obvious passion for Mexico will enable him to market and promote our development like no other. We look forward to working closely with him as we expand our marketing efforts.
